1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by Terry Arthur Consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Terry Arthur Consulting provides WordPress development, managed WordPress maintenance (SiteMind), site audits, and related web services. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements or service plans.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for services are as quoted or as published on our website. Recurring services (SiteMind plans) are billed monthly. Custom project work is billed per the agreed project scope. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. Pre-existing code, frameworks, and third-party components remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

Terry Arthur Consulting’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. SiteMind subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.
